Malcolm had been working in his firm for over 20 years and business had plateaued. He wanted to expand but didn’t have the time, capacity, or resources required for it to reach its full potential.
Malcolm needed a change. He had worked hard to build a successful practice for over two decades and knew it had room for exponential growth. At the same time, he wanted to pursue other avenues of interest and provide additional specialised and tailored support to clients.
Kev Ryan’s initial contact with Malcolm was through a personalised letter advising him there may be a firm interested in buying his business. The letter impressed Malcolm straight away, but not ready to sell at the time, he put it aside.
